My name is Tanuja, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families learn how to heal from breaks in attachment and early relational experiences, to better understand and initiate positive change.
While I enjoy working with those seeking healing from parental attachment trauma, adjustment during postpartum and early adulthood life transitions, I offer experience in many other areas of focus as well.
My approach is collaborative, supportive and compassionate; together we will work to develop greater understanding to help you take the necessary steps towards change.
